# Limited Scope Inspections are designed to be conducted prior to placing your home on the market for sale. They are not as thorough as a full-scope inspection. Typically they are limited to the major systems: Roof, Foundation, AC Unit, Furnace, Water Heater, Electric Panel, and Attic Insulation.
^ Walk-through Consultations are a visual observation only. Our Certified Inspector will walk through the property with the buyer and/or agent, making observations on the condition of the home. There is no report nor photos. We will look for foundation issues, hot spots in electric panel, broken window seals, potential mold, active moisture issues in ceilings and walls, potential termite issues, and other visible items.
